3512E 3000 horsepower engine and CX48 gearbox all-in-one
The new regulations state that all new fracturing vehicles must meet the "axle load" limit and maximum height limit for road vehicles.
The new 3512E 3000 horsepower engine and CX48 gearbox all-in-one engine, which will be unveiled at the exhibition, is a lightweight and compact all-in-one machine produced to meet these regulations. The engine uses a single-stage turbocharging system and a mature and reliable MUEI fuel control system to meet China's non-road III emission requirements. The CX48 gearbox maximizes the advantages of Caterpillar fracturing gearbox products, inheriting the reliability of the mature TH55, while reducing weight and being easy to arrange on the vehicle chassis. In terms of performance, it is the highest power density engine gearbox on the global 3000 horsepower fracturing market.
3512B Generator Set
The 3512B generator set for the land electric drilling rig will also be unveiled at the show. TheGeneratorThe group has a sturdy, oversized cooling system design, the ability to adapt to high temperature environments, and a long overhaul cycle.
In addition, all the 3512B and 3512C units used by the land electric drilling rig can choose to add the latest Caterpillar Intelligent Engine Management System (Cat Smart EMS).
