II. Introduction to Maintenance Quality

Only with excellent technical experience, excellent overall management, authentic and excellent quality accessories, correct spare parts numbers, original factory technical specifications and parameters, necessary and unique technical treatment and adjustment, timely inspection and post-repair service can we create the same eternal and excellent maintenance quality as the new unit.
Three. Maintenance Instructions
In the long-term operation of the generator set, normal friction and vibration will gradually wear or damage the parts. Therefore, in addition to daily maintenance, it is essential to carry out a thorough overhaul and usual maintenance of the unit. According to the maintenance technical parameters provided by Cummins in the United States and Rolls-Royce in the United Kingdom and the company's years of experience, the unit shall be operated for 2,000-3,000 hours, and a minor repair and maintenance shall be carried out. The unit shall be operated for 6,000-8,000 hours, and a medium repair and maintenance shall be carried out. The unit shall be operated for 10,000-15,000 hours, and an overhaul shall be carried out to ensure power generation and prolong the service life of the unit. Our company strictly implements Cummins maintenance standards and the company's "maintenance card", all to the interests of customers, carefully and carefully do each maintenance process, to solve the fault before the generator maintenance. The contents of minor, medium and major repairs are briefly described as follows:
minor repairs (2000-3000h)
1) Test the supercharger;
2) Adjust valve clearance and injector stroke;
3) Detect water temperature and oil pressure protection devices;
4) Clean the water tank and check the working condition of the water pump.
Overhaul (12000-15000h)
1) Including medium maintenance items;
2) Disassemble the water pump, oil pump, front gear chamber cover, and detect the water pump shaft, impeller, oil pump shaft and gear;
3) Detect the gear shaft;
4) Disassemble the crankshaft and the body, clean the main and auxiliary oil passages, and detect the body and the crankshaft.
Medium repair (6000-8000h)
1) Including minor repair items
2) Disassemble and clean diesel engine components: turbocharger, rocker arm chamber, cylinder head, piston, connecting rod, cylinder liner, fuel injector, PT oil pump (or high pressure oil pump), water pump;
3) Disassemble each component and inspect its parts, such as turbocharger impeller shaft, cylinder liner, valve, valve seat, piston, connecting rod, etc;
4) Check and adjust the fuel system, such as fuel pump and fuel nozzle.
Part of electrical inspection and maintenance:
1) Detect the performance of each electronic board and the function of each sensor;
2) Add high temperature resistant moisturizing grease.
3) Disassembly items of diesel engine;
4) Inspection and measurement of diesel engine components;
5) Check the correct number of accessories;
6) Inspection items before the diesel engine is assembled and tested;
7) Diesel engine repair items;
8) The diesel engine shall be delivered for normal operation after running-in.
1) Clean and detect the electric ball excitation system, electric ball bearing, electric ball main rotor, main stator, etc;
2) Inspection items before disassembly of the generator;
3) Cleaning of each part of the diesel engine;
4) Catalogue of spare parts to be replaced for diesel engine;
5) Assembly of diesel engine components;
6) Each inspection item of the diesel engine test program;
7) Each inspection item during the running-in period of the diesel engine;
8) Timely inspection and service after repair.
4. Maintenance Procedure
A: Intake system: turbocharger and intercooler
B: Fuel supply system: fuel pump and fuel injector (the fuel injector is the heart component of the diesel engine and must be sent to a pump pen company with professional equipment and skills for maintenance. The diesel engine must be overhauled during major repairs)
C: Cooling system: water pump, thermostat, fan,
D: Lubrication system: oil, oil cooler core and oil pump (the oil pump is the most dangerous part of the diesel engine, and the failure of the work will cause the diesel engine to have devastating consequences. All shirt covers, gears, and transmission shafts must be checked during maintenance. If it exceeds the standard, it must be replaced!)
E: Cylinder head and valve train: cylinder head, valve seat ring, valve guide, valve spring, valve, valve seat ring, rocker arm, T-shaped pressure plate, injector push rod, camshaft, cam follower (cam The follower is the most critical and prone to problems, and needs special inspection, otherwise there will be black smoke, power loss, and the danger of breaking the cylinder block crankshaft).
F: Cylinder block and crankshaft connecting rod mechanism: cylinder liner, piston ring, piston assembly, connecting rod group, crankshaft flywheel assembly.
G: Generator part: core pulling treatment of electric ball rotor; Dust removal, dipping and drying treatment of coil; Inspection of electric ball bearing seat bearing, overhaul or replacement of bearing seat;
Yongdaxing company service commitment to users after maintenance:
1. Yongdaxing Company must ensure that the replaced parts are the original diesel generator set parts, otherwise Party B shall be responsible for all consequences.
2., under normal use, Yongdaxing Company is responsible for the free warranty of the replaced parts for 1 year or 1500 hours, whichever comes first. During the warranty period, Party B shall be responsible for any failure caused by maintenance (referring to the replaced parts for this maintenance), and the spare parts fee and labor fee shall be free.
3. maintenance procedures shall be carried out in strict accordance with the maintenance procedures of each brand of diesel generator (I. e. "Generator Maintenance Procedure" of Party B).
If unplanned parts need to be added during 4. maintenance, Yongdaxing Company must submit them to the user and confirm the quotation before replacing them. For unnecessary replacement parts, Party B shall try its best to repair and use them, and calculate the payment according to the unit price of the quotation according to the number of parts replaced.
After 5. maintenance, during the warranty period, the company will routinely send maintenance personnel to inspect (test the unit) once a month. If the unit fails during the warranty period, Party B will promptly arrange technicians to be present to eliminate the failure after receiving Party A's notice.
