(1) When the diesel generator is working

 

       A large amount of heat is generated. Cooling water is required to cool the diesel engine. The cooling water takes away the heat of the diesel. At the same time, the high-temperature cooling water from the diesel engine also needs a cooling medium to cool it. (2) Each has the advantages of air cooling and water cooling

 

       We can choose according to its environment. Generally, the unit needs to be relocated frequently. Air cooling should be selected. If the unit is fixed for a long time, water cooling should be selected. Because the fan cooling water tank is removed, the noise of the unit can be reduced by about 10 decibels. At the same time, the power consumed by the fan is about 5% of the unit's rated power. Generally in hot weather areas, the water temperature of the diesel engine often exceeds the rated range, resulting in high-temperature operation of the diesel engine. (3) Adopt water cooling method

 

       The hot water generated during diesel operation flows from the outlet pipe of the diesel engine to the heat exchanger. The cooling pipe of the heat exchanger cools the circulating hot water of the diesel engine. After the circulating hot water of the diesel engine is cooled, it returns to the diesel engine and cools the diesel engine.

         After cooling, the hot water pipe sent to the heat exchanger is cooled by the cooling tower fan. The water temperature of the diesel engine is adjusted by adjusting the opening of the water valve. The filter filters the cold water from the cooling tower and then enters the heat exchange tube.
