Where does China's power reform go?

In the past 0 years, the power industry has developed rapidly. The installed capacity has increased from 0.3386 billion kilowatts in 2001 to 1.05 billion kilowatts in 2011. In 2012, it will exceed 1.1 billion kilowatts and will soon catch up with the United States and become the country with the largest installed power capacity in the world. The power grid has basically been disconnected from the six major regional power grids to form a national network including Tibet and Hainan Island. But on the other hand, the success of the power system reform is still controversial.
