Responsibilities：
- Develop and implement regional or industry sales plan, lead the team to achieve sales target;
- Expand sales channels, develop new customers, maintain old customers and increase market share;
- Analyze market trends, formulate market strategies and enhance brand influence;
- Manage the sales team, conduct personnel training and performance appraisal, and stimulate the vitality of the team;
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Job Requirements：
- Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, management or related;
- At least 3 years sales team management experience, power generation equipment industry experience is preferred;
- Excellent market insight and strategic thinking, able to develop effective market strategies;
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to lead the team to achieve goals;
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, good communication and coordination skills and problem solving skills.
